1. Use of BirthdayBonuses

By creating an account and using BirthdayBonuses, you agree to these terms. BirthdayBonuses is a personal service — your account is for your use only and may not be shared with others.

2. Subscriber-Only Content

Local deals and the full deals map are available to paying subscribers only. You must not copy, reproduce, screenshot, publish, distribute, resell, or otherwise make subscriber content — including deal details, business information, or map data — available to anyone else. This content is provided for your personal birthday use only.

3. Deal Availability & Accuracy

BirthdayBonuses does not guarantee that all available birthday deals are listed on the platform, nor that any listed deal will still be active at the time of your birthday. Deals are provided in good faith based on publicly available information and may change or be withdrawn by businesses at any time without notice. We recommend verifying a deal directly with the business before making plans around it.

Some deals may be restricted to customers aged 18 or over (R18). It is your responsibility to ensure you meet any age or eligibility requirements set by the business before signing up or attempting to redeem a deal.

Where a business has multiple locations, deals — particularly those requiring a brand sign-up or loyalty account — will generally only be redeemable at a single venue. Terms vary by business, and it is your responsibility to confirm eligibility and redemption conditions directly with the business when signing up.

We may add, modify or remove deals or businesses from the platform at any time without notice.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually and automatically renew each year unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time through your account. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription unless required by law.

5. No Affiliation with Businesses

BirthdayBonuses is an independent platform. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the businesses featured on the platform — see Section 3 for how we handle deal accuracy and availability.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, copy, automate access to, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract data from BirthdayBonuses, or use the platform for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activity that may harm BirthdayBonuses or other users.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to keep BirthdayBonuses available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. No Warranty

BirthdayBonuses is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the platform or its content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BirthdayBonuses is not liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising from your use of the platform, or from any deal being unavailable, changed, or refused by a business.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of your country of residence.

11. Promotional Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related communications, including account notifications and birthday reminders.

12. Privacy

Your use of BirthdayBonuses is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BirthdayBonuses after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
